Meet Lori Underwood

Lori has practiced colon hydrotherapy for more than three decades, and many of her clients consider her one of Ogden's most trusted alternative health providers.

Her path into this work started early. As a small child she suffered from severe migraines that began when she was just two years old, and the pattern of ill health followed her into adulthood — including a serious episode of toxic shock and 25 years of medical treatments that never provided lasting relief.

She refused to accept it. Lori spent years quietly studying alternative approaches to wellness, eventually learning from family members who had embraced these practices long before they were popular. What she discovered was simple but profound: her migraines were a body overloaded with toxins, asking to be heard.

That insight led her to formal training and certification as a colon hydrotherapist, and ultimately to opening Inside Tract. Today she brings deep compassion and personal understanding to every session. She knows what it feels like to suffer for years without answers — and she's uniquely positioned to help her clients find their way back to balance.
